Maetry SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by or through Maetry LLC ("Maetry," "we," "our," or "us") as part of the Maetry appointment scheduling and salon operations service.

By opting in to Maetry SMS messaging, you agree to receive text messages related to account verification, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment updates, cancellation notices, salon staff notifications, and other service-related communications.

3. Opt-In

You may opt in to SMS messaging through a Maetry online booking flow, account registration flow, salon onboarding flow, or another Maetry-branded consent process.

For customers added manually by a salon, the salon is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the required consent before enabling SMS messages through Maetry.

Consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages, if offered, is separate from transactional or appointment-related SMS consent and is not required to purchase or use Maetry services.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity, appointments, scheduling changes, and enabled notification settings.

5. Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and mobile plan. Maetry is not responsible for carrier charges.

6. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will stop sending SMS messages to that phone number unless you later opt in again where permitted.

For appointment-related services, opting out of SMS may affect your ability to receive text reminders or text updates. Other communication channels may still be used where available.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported by most major U.S. carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier filtering, device settings, network availability, or other conditions outside Maetry's control.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
